All my (HD) programs have been going out and then back on in 15 minutes and now out again at noon.
Anyone else having similar problem?
I phoned TW 718 number but it is always busy. I got through once but was told there was a long wait, I waited and then hung up.

Trouble all morning , at noon went dead all channels including HD
