Wholes In Yard.
I had good service with AT&T. But now I have an issue. They came out about 12 Weeks ago and dug a hole so they could splice some cable and move a box around. It started raining the next day. It has been 12 weeks with a 4 foot by 5 foot hole in my front yard. Anyone know who I would need to talk to about getting them to come back and finish their stuff so I can have my yard back.
I called about 4 weeks ago and was told they were rolling a tech to look at it, but they never showed. I am so frustrated right now I want to go buy some concrete to pour in there for them.
I am just outside of Little Rock, AR.

Post in the Direct forum -- provide all the info the guys in Direct need so they can get in touch & help you out to get the hole filled...
