[CATV] Moxi OnDemand Tab is Missing

The OnDemand tab on my Moxi is missing.
Channel 999 and the On Demand button on the remote does not work either.

I'm in Madison, WI , I also read in AVS forum that it is missing in Michigan also.

Anyone else notice this?

You may want to call (or post in direct forum) and make sure VOD is enabled for your account.

im guessing its a more widespread problem but just thought i'd throw the obvious thing out first :)

That is most likely what it is. It is possible that there are issues with VOD but that would not remove the VOD options from the boxes. The billing systems are what adds the option to the boxes so it is most likely the billing code was removed.

Well I hope you have better luck than I just did at fixing this issue.
I had already done a reset to no avail.

I called customer service and they had me do a hard reboot, the ole unplug, plug it back in routine.
Now the Moxi will not come back on. Just flashing LED's.
So I guess it finally died. It is/was exactly 5 years old with no problems until now.

I requested a Moxi replacement, so we will have to see if there are any used ones "on the truck" when the service guy shows up.

I am in Oshkosh and my VOD is also missing on my Moxi and doesn't work on my other box. I called CS yesterday, and the outomated system said they were aware of the VOD outage and the techs were working on it. Haven't looked to see if it is back today yet.

on the front of the moxie press and hold the menu and ok buttons at the same time until u get a menu that says on screen diagnostic then use the up and down button to arrow down to actions and triggers press ok the go to list of various triggers and scroll t where it says meta data down load or vod update press ok again and it should;d say trigger has started after you have done this you will need to press and hold th reset button for the moxi to reset when it comes back up it should rlead the vod tab after about an hours assuming it provisoned corretly in the system

Well by magic my Moxi came back to life this afternoon. I plugged it in after being unplugged all day.

It works like a charm, but I still am missing the On Demand tab.
If it doesn't show up by tomorrow, I'll call customer service and see what the deal is.
On Demand is working on my other DVR a DCH3416.

Well this morning the OnDemand tab was back and all is well.

I called to cancel my service call and the rep said that the possible cause may have been the installation of a new billing system/software over the weekend.
