I want to apologize to the members and moderators of this forum. My goal as a Mediacom employee, and as a consumer, is to take a proactive approach and help customers with service issues or questions.

Apparently it was not appropriate for me to be asking for account numbers. In the future, if you ask for my assistance, (and with the permission of the moderator) I might ask for the MAC Address for your modem. With this I will be able to lookup your account and give my best effort to resolve your issues.

If you would rather contact me via the telephone, send me a message and I will pass on my telephone #. My background: I have been a call center employee with Mediacom for almost 2 years, and a customer service representative for over 15 years.
