I think this is a great response from Cox. Although, I must admit I'd be a tiny bit happier if I could get a free HD OnDemand movie (channel 700), rather than just the ones on channel 1. :)

Hello- The movie coupon can be used for an HD movie which you can order from Channel 1- thank you for your feedback- best, Kathryn Falk, Cox Northern Virginia
