If it matters, I'm in Time Warner SoCal area.

I'm wondering if the 2nd line option from TW allows you to receive 2 concurrent inbound calls to your main number (aka hunt, cloning, etc.) or does the second caller go to voicemail? Can you get a second line without a second phone number?
