[AR] NWA phone outage?

Has anyone in the West and Northwest Arkansas area been experiencing outages with their digital telephone service?

Getting no dialtone here at the shop and at my home as well. Took many tries to call Cox Support (got fast busy on most attempts).

Finally got a recording that there were issues in this area, but no ETA on repair.

HSI is working fine, though.

our business lines were down at about 11:45 am CST...but are now working.
