Problems with DVR ports forwarding

I bought a static IP to see my DVR remotly 75.xxx.xxx.238 (Public IP), I have a SMC8014 and I already forward ports 80 and 8080 to 8090 for Kodicom DVR Pc base. I checked it on canyouseeme.org and port 8085 and 8090 are no open the balance are open, but when I use my public ip to connect to DVR PC base do not works. What I'm doing wrong. I will appreciate your help and comments.
