I have been a dedicated sympatico customer for at least 8 years
I am getting really upset with the speeds I am getting
I am paying for 10 MPS and rarely get 5 MPS
It always seems that the sales people talk you into such a great deal, then they don't provide the service.
This is with all of their services!
Last night I was crawling at less than 2 MPS.
After several modem re boots, and 2 hours later, I got all the way up to 3 MPS
WOW!
I am technically inclined, have installed a potts splitter, removed all filters ect ect, and still can't seem to the speeds that I PAY FOR.
(these problems existed previously)
Sympatico was always consistent and solid up until a few months ago.
The last thing I am going to do is talk to someone in INDIA that reads from a book and tells me to reboot my computer like I am some crack head no mind that does not have a clue what the "enter" key is for.
Frustated??? YOU BET I AM.
I am seriously considering dropping all of my BELL services if this can not be resolved.
I won't even get into the fact my telephone call display and answering machine suddenly stopped working a few days ago.
I pay Bell some big numbers every month, twice the amount an American would pay for the same services. I truly feel I am getting ripped off from a big greedy corporation

Well, if you don't call Bell, then they can't fix it.

If you don't get anywhere on the phone, register on this site and post your problem in the BellCanada Direct forum. During the week there is a senior Bell tech responding there to deal with your problems.
