After having FiOS TV added last week my voip service has became unstable. I've put my voip device in the dmz without success.

Basically, I can call out but as soon as I receive a call I can't dial out again. Immediate busy signals for all numbers.

I talked with my voip provider and they said it's a problem with the Westell 9100em and SPI.

Can I disable SPI entirely or at least for the dmz?
