Here is my new setup
2 Dell P30 2.8Ghz
4gb Ram
750GB Each
1 is an openfiler server
other is personal box

1 Thinkcentre M51
3.2P4 3GB
2x 250GB
BT box

my fw is a nokia 291 running Check Point NGX R65

Isn't that Dell Precision running OpenFiler like swatting flies with a cannon?

I love the machine (I just got one at work), but I hope you've got additional work planned for it.

I actually store all my movies/music/pictures/ on the openfiler box and stream my movies to my mac mini that i am using as a media center. Yeah it is overkill lol.

It is a Cisco 1841 router need to setup it up so I can play with IPV6.

It can be both, to an extent.

Install a HWIC-4ESW in it and its a 4 port switch along with a router. :-)
