Returned modem but still got a bill for $100
I returned my modem to DSL extreme just a few days after the disconnection and yesterday I got a nasty gram stating the I owe them $100!!
The note did say "If the modem was sent back and post marked within the 30 day limit, please disregard this notice"
Well I returned the modem well under the 30 day cut off date.

Please give our customer service team a call at 800-774-3379 and they can take a look at your account for you. You can feel free to provide them with the tracking number and they can track that back for you.
