I've got a great, reliable connection, but it occasionally has its hiccups. Disconnects aren't common, but usually occur when I'm not home. The only time it has happened while I'm home, it cleared itself within 10 minutes. It happened tonight and I gave it 15 minutes, called tech support and got a good guy that didn't ask me needless crap, didn't even ask me to powercycle. He reset my port and within a minute I could surf again. My previous call to them the girl started off talking about resetting my password which I refuse to do unless a reasonable explanation is given for why I need to reset it.

I will say after getting reconnected, everything is running real good. Nothing like a good ol pvc circuit rebuild.
